Help me figure this out...

So last night I was having dinner with my dad and he mentioned a restaurant he'd like to eat at in Epcot when we go this December. I vaguely remember eating there with him when I was younger. It's a restaurant in a revolving room. He remembers the Mickey head butter.

Any idea what restaurant this is? And if it's still around? I told him I'd check into it and see about getting reservations if it still existed.

The restaurant you're trying to remember is the Garden Grill in "The Land" at Epcot. It is still around!
