Amanda -- What is it about veggies you don't like? We can try to force you to learn to like them, or we can help you camouflage them and find dishes that you're willing to live with.
When I travel, sometimes I go to places where the idea of a tossed salad is cut up iceberg lettuce and tomato slices with thousand island dressing. Ewwwww! I'd turn away from veggies if that were all I had, too!
Vegetables are WONDERFUL. After going on Atkins (and delving a bit into vegetarian cuisine some years ago), I absolutely LOVE veggies, and can't get enough of them. The colors, the flavors, the textures, are all delicious.
