If you could travel anytime between the end of Feb thru the beginning of June, when would you choose? We would like to stay at POFQ with the MYW plus Dining Package. We are looking for nice weather, low crowds and good prices. We will probably stay between 8-10 days. Not asking for much, LOL!!

Thanks for any input.

I would choose early May.

early to mid april might be okay too 'cause Easter is at the end of march and "spring breaks" seem to be at the end of april (to coincide w/Passover)... my next sugg would be early to mid may, watching out for 5/5/05 celebration which is supposed to draw big crowds as well as gay days...

ENJOY!

Late April - Early May. Weather should be warm but not stiffling like summer. Crowds shouldn't be bad since it's well after spring break and before any schools are out for the summer.

NY schools are out the last week of April for Passover! crowds may be higher than normal!

May!!!

any year but this one - March - the flowers in March as so lovely and something only blossom then - lots of trees had flowers on them.... It can be so beautiful.

March this year has Easter - so avoid it if you can!

Mid-May is great. Also Epcot's flower and garden festival is going on during may, it is a pretty site! :flower1:

What is your definition of nice temps? We went once in May and it was hot, which really can drain the energy. Of course it's nice if you are planning daily swimming breaks.

I think very early March would be nice, as long as you go early enough to avoid spring vacation. Temps should be warm enough, but not hot and crowds low. Just make sure you avoid any holiday time.

I guess my definition of nice temps would be warm enough to swim, but not so hot we wilt!

Thanks for all of the great responses. I think we are leaning toward the end of April. Our 22nd Wedding Anniversary is on the 23rd, so that might be fun to celebrate at Disney!

If taking children out of school is not an issue for you then early May would be the time to go. Nice weather and the crowds are manageable.

i've said it before, but i will repeat myself... this year late april (last week) will not be low crowds... northeast schools are out for passover... there are absolutely NO FLIGHTS available from long island to mco 'til like wed or thurs of that week (trust me, i tried LOL) and the only flights out of jfk and laguardia are the very expensive ones 'cause all the cheaper flights are sold out...
i would reconsider the late april decision if you have the flexibility and go for early may (besides IASW will be open in may!) instead...

just my ny $.02

I'd vote for early May - it's past the Spring Break/Easter Break/Passover time period, but before schools get out. I went in May 2003 and I found it HOT. It was in the 90's and humid every day (but no rain at least!) - CM's told me that it was a bit hotter than usual for that time of year.
