Help me decide

Initially we were driving to DW and arriving after lunch so I figured we would have time for a waterpark and then Ohana (familys favorite) for dinner. Then I got to thinking that maybe it would be better to do Chef Mickeys (another must do) our first night to get DD used to the characters and hopefully avoid lines at MK the next day. Now we are going to be flying and getting to DW early enough to do a park that day so I was thinking about hitting Epcot and doing San Angel (DHs one request this trip) or Teppan Edo (the kids will love it). So help me decide what I should do.....

I say save Chef Mickey's until you are "in" the vacation. Going with Epcot and San Angel first sets a tone of anticipation for the kids and more of a relaxing start for DH. That is what I would do anyway.

I like the idea of a "must do" the first night, as long as you don't think that your kids will be too tired from the drive to really appreciate it. For me I like to do the Hoop de Doo the first night in WDW (as long as it fits into the schedule). It's like jumping right into the vacation!
