Help me decide what to do

I can't seem to decide what is the best way to stay on my upcoming trip. My dilemma is that I want to save money buttttttttt I also want to stay at BWI> I have a room booked for the first 2 nghts at POR ( overflow rate from SOG) then I am to move to SOG for 5 nights . On the third night at SOG my friend and her 2 Children ( age 6 and 4) are joining me and my 2 Kids ( age 18 and 12) > Thankfully I was recently able to get her her own room.
But my problem is after the 5 nights at SOG. I am booked at the BWI ( Conceirge FL rate) for 3 additional nights! Although I am very excited to stay at BWi ( never have) I am second guessing myself and realizing I can save about 800 dollars if I just stay at the SOG for the rest of my trip!
PS my room at BWI would be me, DD, and my friend and her 2 children ( my son will have returned to school by then) . So we would now be 5 in a room.
But it would be BWI CONCIERGE!!!
HELP !!!!!!

This is just my opinion, but 3days with 5 in a room at $800 more, just wouldn't be worth it to me. I'd stay at SOG and have fun spending a little extra money someplace else...

I'd personally spend it at SoG and have a lot of fun with the money.

I've stayed BWI Concierge and did NOT find it worth the money (compared with my experience with Poly & GF concierge). The staff was adequate, the food was pathetic. Definitely not up to par.

Is it that you have your heart set on BWI or the concierge part? If you just want to stay at BWI and the concierge is an added bonus, think about staying in a normal room or even renting points from a BWV DVC'r. Standard studio rooms in regular season at the BWV are only like $90 a night. If you have questions about renting, PM me.

Otherwise, I agree with the others and save that money! $800 is a ton of extra money!

I've never stayed concierge at Disney, but I have stayed club floor at several Sheratons/Westins. Frankly, we got bored with the food offerings,and we ate too many snacks to justify the extra expense, so we weren't hungry for meals, so we got hungry in the middle of the night. . . IN short, I don't pay extra for it anymore.
