Help me decide...Nook or nook color?

Hi all-just started looking around at ereaders and tablets. Ipad2 is out, too spendy. I thought I wanted a nook, just for the reader. Now I'm looking at nook color. The screen doesn't look as great for using as an ereader. What are pros/cons of each???

Nook is cheaper and it is eink. Eink does better in direct sunlight and for reading for long stretches. No web brower or built in light.

Nook Color has a decent web browser, you can get apps for it and watch video and listen to music. It has an LCD screen and is backlit. Some people have issues reading on lcd screens long term though. Battery life is not as good as the regular nook. It is more expensive also although not as much as an ipad.
