Help me decide between MVMCP and more parks/days

One more vote for #2.

There is so much to see at Christmas time. Everything is decorated. Parks, Hotels, even the Disney Mall (but I have not been to Disney Springs at Christmas yet, but you can probably guess my feelings by calling it a Mall).

I would do option 2. With option 1, you are losing not only the park on Thursday night, but also most of the day on Friday before 4pm.

I just wanted to add that, to me, the absolute "must-do" of the Holiday season at Disney is Candlelight Processional at Epcot, although the dining packages might be sold out by now, I don't know. I'd still try to catch a performance while there. So beautiful! And watch IllumiNations too. They do a special ending for the holidays and it's really lovely (and...explosive...it's both, LOL).

Gah! Last December was my first time at WDW for the holiday season, and I love it soooooo much! I'm jelly of everyone going this year. :)
