Help me clarify...FP for 2nd park

We have always been one park per day people but are hopping this time and I keep coming up with questions on how to do it most efficiently. (Sorry! And thanks for the kind help!)

Here’s my newest question,...

Starting the day at AK. There are four of us but only three using the first FP we have scheduled for EE at 10:30. Then we all four have a KRR FP at 11:40. Someone was kind enough to clarify that I could add a MK FP for later in the day after our EE tap.

So my question is...since only three of us will be tapping at EE, will I be able to add a MK FP for all four of us at that point or do I need to wait until we have all four tapped a FP?

I’m probably making this harder than it has to be but I just want to make sure I know what i’m doing so I can streamline things as much as possible. Thanks for humoring me!

If person#4 has the EE FP have them tap their MB and walk away. Then you can book for MK.

If not, you can’t book for MK until after tapping in at KRR.

Got it! Added the 4th person to the EE FP.

Just to clarify, this is true if you have 2 FP scheduled for AK. If you add a third FP to AK, then you will have to wait until you tap your third FP to add a MK FP.

Just thought of a secondary question here....

If I'm going to just tap at EE to release my FP, is tapping at the entrance sufficient? Or do I need to go all the way through in case both tap points are open?

Just the first tap is fine.

The 2nd tap is only to confirm a guest hasn’t jumped into the FP line.

Wait. What? Is this new. I just looked at the FP thread and don' t see this. I though you had to use your first 3 FPs before you could get the 4th. ?? How can she add the FP at MK after using only her first set of FPs at EE??

All the steps are in the park hopping section. This has been in effect since before Pandora opened.

They aren't getting a 4th, they are just getting their 3rd at a different park after tapping into their first at AK.
