For about the same money, my choices are:

King bed at Caribbean Beach

2 queens, water view at Coronado Springs

2 queens, standard view at Port Orleans French Quarter

Which would you choose and why?

Thanks!

(Only 2 adults will be in the room, so room size isn't much of an issue.)

POFQ ----- IMHO

Small Resort
One Bus Stop
Boat Ride To DTD
Horse and Carriage Ride
Fun Décor
Nice little walk down the side of the river to PO Riverside is relaxing.

The 3 resorts are almost interchangeable..........well unless you like a specific style! With no kids............I'd go POFQ. CBR and CS are really spread out...........if you're into walking....go there. French Quarter is smaller in footprint and nicer grounds, but that's my opinion! :-)

CS has the best and prettiest places to eat and hang out. Still in love with the CBR pool.

Thanks, everyone, for your quick replies! Each resort has its pros and cons, so I'm driving myself crazy weighing the options! I appreciate your feedback!

POFQ! I have stayed at CSR and POFQ (will be trying CBR for the first time this summer), and we love it! It is a beautiful, small, quiet resort. We love that it has only one bus stop, and that the size of the resort means you're never a far walk from anywhere. We also think the food court is a little better than CSR and POR. We also love taking the boat over to DTD.

CSR water view. So beautiful at night. Lovely walk around Lago Dorado. Theming details are everywhere. Request Cabanas 4 and you will be next to the salon/spa, first bus stop for pick up, near quiet pool and not far from the themed pool. Great pool, large hot tub. Great food court and restaurant and good bus service.

Second choice would be CBR, King bed. Slightly larger rooms, newly renovated. Relaxing tropical island theme. King bed is a plus. I would request Jamaica for a great standard location.

We like POFQ, but it's our least favourite of the moderates. No table service restaurant, dinky pool, small and landscaping just didn't appeal to us. The huge mardi gras style heads hanging from the ceiling in the food court were a bit off putting. Just didn't feel like you had as many amenities for your $$$ here. Atmosphere was kind of 'meh' at best.
