Help me choose! Summer 2016

I am very excited as we're planning our Summer 2016 trip.
We are renting points for part of our trip and we have two options.
I love both of these options and the price difference between the two ends up being about $200 so my husband said he doesn't care.

1. Grand Floridian (outer building garden view) 3 nights then move over to Boardwalk Villas 1 bedroom for 4 nights
OR
2. Beach Club (standard room) 3 nights then move over to BLT 1 bedroom for 4 nights

We're going the last week of June into the first couple of days of July. I know it will be crazy busy and hot. We have never stayed at GF or BLT but have stayed at BWV and BC.
What do you think!?!?! Fun choice I think!

I would go with Beach Club. This resort has a wide variety of options near by. You got Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios are all within 3 miles of your location. Epcot is just a 5 minute walk away from entering in to the park. The only problem with Grand Floridian is that you are father away from most parks, other then Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom & Epcot are within 5 miles of you, but Hollywood studios is about 7-10 miles away. I definitely suggest Beach Club.
