Help me choose: Les Chefs or Rose & Crown for lunch

Which place would be better as far as atmosphere? We are going Christmas week, so I know everything will be crowded, but which of these is more likely to give us a nice, quiet place to relax for a bit?

Depends of course on the sort of atmosphere you prefer, but for me it would be Les Chefs, hands down...

Although I prefer Rose and Crown, it is anything but quite.

Mostly what we will prefer by then, I think, is a little bit quiet and not packed in like sardines (a la LeCellier). I know the parks will be crazy crowded and I would like our meals to be a bit relaxing, if possible.
