I like the first one the best. Either one would be nice though.
 
Choice 1 seems to have more options - breakfast included, AC, etc. So I think I would choose #1 if it were my decision.
 
I think I would like 1 more as well... very laid back and tropical. Nice cousin you are!

Not nice at all. I wanted to go, but can't on those dates. I would have kept it for myself. ;)
 
I think it depends. #1 looks great and seems like it would be a more social environment. #2 looks more relaxing and private. Would your cousin be taking a significant other? Do you think that your cousin would like to simply relax more or maybe have a little more action? Just my $.02! They both look amazing and if your cousin doesn't want to go you can send me! I need a vacation!

It's for two people. I was leaning towards #2, but that's just my taste. I'm starting to think #1 is a safer choice.
 
I like 2 better, BUT it doesn't have a pool. That's a deal breaker for me. Not being able to see the rooms in either would concern me though.
