Help!! Mde ???

Ok so traveling with a group of 37 to Disney - we have 10 rooms. Would like to link park tickets to magic bands but believe everyone must have MDE account to do this??? Also I already have a MDE account for myself, hubby, and 2 daughters. However for this trip we are in 3 different rooms. I was wondering if MDE accounts need to be set up with the people in each room. For instance my youngest is on my mde account but this trip she will be staying with her grandparents - do they need her on their account since she is in their room? Not really worried about making fp reservations since we are there for soccer tournament going to be winging it most of the time - just really wanted to link tickets to bands so it's one less thing the kids after to carry with them!!

Have a MDE account for each room. Whoever is the primary person of the room should have the MDE acct, you can make each acct yourself. Just make email addresses through gmail, hotmail, or yahoo. this way the people belonging in that specific room has a MB for that room. I'd definitely put your daughter on your moms MDE acct. after making the MDE accts and linking reservations and tickets you can "friend request" and you can still be in charge of all 37 MBs but realize trying to make 37 FPs for same ride at same time will be quite the challenge.
For us it was 3 Rooms, 11 people and 3 MDE accts everyone was on my daughter's friends and family list and she made the FPs for all. All overlapped and we'd go during that window. Example Tomorrowland Speedway room 1 was 11:30-12:30, room 2 was 11:40-12:40 and room 3 was 11:50-12:50..so we rode between 11:50-12:30 a time when all of our FPs were good.

Thank you!! Not really worried about booking all fp's together - just started wondering if we would be able to link tickets and stuff without having mde account. We won't stay together and tour the theme parks so FP isn't really that big of a deal. Thanks again your information was super helpful!!
