Help-MDE won't let me add a 3rd FP+ without canceling my existing 2

Hi. I just made my 3 FP+ selections for MK. The system then split my party on one attraction (why -dont know). So I cancelled that FP (now I have 2). When i retry to add a third FP+, I click "select or replace" and it then says "you have only made one selection.." and it adds the other 2 randomly for me. If I follow thru it will cancel my existing 2 Fps.

How do I add only 1 FP and not lose my existing 2?

I suggest calling the tech support number at the bottom of the page. Maybe they can put a dummy 3rd pass in for you and you can modify that one and keep your other two.

This happened to me. It's a well known glitch. It took an hour on the phone to fix, but, they were able to add my 3rd FP+. The original CM suggested to wait until I got to the parks to fix it, but I didn't want to spend a precious moment of my Disney Time on their glitch, so I pushed the issue and got tech support to do it in advance.

Tech support lady and I hit it off, and she gave me a bonus 4th FP+ for that day too! Not sure if they have that latitude now, this was back in Dec when they were rolling it out and still had FP- going.

Thanks for your replies! I bit the bullet LATE last night and let MDE cancel my existing Fps in order to get the 3. Luckily I was able to get times that were close enough to my originals but that was only because it was night 1 of my 60 day window.

I called MDE Tech suport today and they were very nice but admitted that this is a glitch in the system they are trying to address. Pretty scary though thinking I was going to lose Anna & Elsa last night….

You can't. The only way to do that would be to call Disney and see if they can. But you still run the risk of a CM not knowing what they're doing and getting rid of the other two.
