HELP! MDE app says I have no plans

we leave in 2 days... if I go online on my PC I can pull up my plans. but on my app on phone it says I have no plans... when I opened it this morning it made me sign in and it made me add 2 security questions. I have tried uninstalling and re installing and it still says I have no plans.
 
Sign out and sign back in. Also let it fully load and don't move from the home screen until you see your icon photo come up.

If all of that doesn't work call IT and have them double check your account.
 
Something similar happened to me, I somehow ended up with some kind of second ghost account (with all of the same login info). I called and it was fixed very quickly with no loss of any plans.

I had that happen to me after the switch from user names to emails. It created so many problems. After 2 calls to IT and several days of the "fairy godmothers" working on it in the background it was finally fixed. I didn't lose anything but I was just glad IT finally fixed it all and I only have 1 account across all of Disney again.

funny you should say that... just for the heck of it we tried logging in under user name with email and it is all there. seems like Disney pulls this crap every year right before we go. last week they made us change our password and I called and begged them to let us leave it as it was, but she gave me some crap about it not being secure enough and they were making everyone update theirs. so we did. and then i couldn't log into disneymovierewards which used to be under same account. when i did get logged in all my 8500 points and movies anywhere were gone... I wrote to them because it was after hours. their response was for me to change my password again... UGH!

It is working under email now? If it is working under email that is because they have gotten rid of usernames. If it is working under username call. Trust me don't leave it be or it'll be a headache every single time.

My MDE has been super glitchy the last couple of days. It would not load up my plans either last night and we leave Sat. It just popped up after a few tries. When you go to the my reservations tab on MDE is your info there? Sometimes the my plans info won't pop up at login but when I go to my reservations it is all there so I know I am ok. Hope you get it straighten out before you leave.

Oh yeah then call. It should be a fairly easy fix. Mine was only an issue because my email ended up linked to a different phantom and I was told to change the email on that one and in doing so it created all sorts of problems. It took IT 4 days of heavy code search to clean up my profile and then they fixed the other oen too so now I have 1 Disney account and oddly enough my dog has one now too since that is the email I used in the other phantom (dogs have an instagram so I had to make them a gmail haha. Whatever you do do not update the app or you won't be able to log in with a username any more.
