HELP! major chat problems

I am new and I have tried to attend three chats this week including the current one. I have a login (obviously) but when I go to login for the chat I get a message which says invalid login. My DH has checked for browser trouble (same problem with Netscape and IE) and also operating systems (tried with Win NT and Win 98). Anyway, it's totally bizarre. Please help - we are planning a trip to WDW and I would love to ask questions in real time.

Unfortunately, there is a problem with new registrations for chat room names...although it looks like it's letting you register, it's not seeing it - hence the 'invalid login' message.

It's nothing that you are doing wrong. Fingers crossed it'll be fixed soon
