Help!! Looking for Simple Mickey Ears

OK, so I thought I've seen them on a post, but can't seem to find them. I would greatly appreciate any help. I'm looking for plain white Mickey Ears, maybe outlined in Brown and light blue or just light blue. Not sure how the 2 colors will look.
