Help! Last minute trip!!

Has anyone ever booked a last minute trip? I will come into some money and would like to go to WDW (of course) I want to book and leave within 24-48 hours of receiving the funds. Has anyone done this?

You can totally do this! Just be prepared to be flexible in some of your options. You can fly down for sure, but you will have to be responsible for getting your luggage becasue the Magical Express can't send out the tags that quickly.

Also, you may want to keep an open mind about Disney resorts, some of them may be booked. I'm not sure what your price point is, but Disney has TONS of rooms and TONS of resorts.

How exciting for you! Good luck with all your last minute planning. Call the DME Tel # or ask on the transportation board about still being able ot use DME. They may not be able to get your tags to you, but I'd think you could still use them. Possibly you might need to retrieve your bags at the airport but maybe not if you provide your luggage info at the DME welcome counter.
