Help! Last minute change! What happens?

We are going to be in WDW the end of next month. One of the people in our group got hurt and might not be able to come now. Since its passed our 45 day mark, if we need to take him off the reservation or have someone else go in his place, how does that work? Is there a fee? Do we get money back for his hopper and hotel fee or do we still have to pay since its last minute. Thanks for any info you can give me

You can modify your reservation after the 45-day mark, but it might be subject to a change fee. I've been told the fee was between $60 and $200, but I've not had to do this.

I would call & ask but make sure you tell them it is a "might" - you don't know yet if he can or not
did you get the trip ins??

Thank you. I'd hate to pay that much for just changing the person going. Everything would be the same just someone going in his place or him not going at all. Still the same room etc. and no, we didn't get the insurance. fingers crossed he can still go!!!!!

Call & talk to them about the situation. We had something similar in may & the supervisor I spoke with waved the fee. We were under 2 weeks from arrival when I did this. We just had packages no airfare to deal with. We also didn't have the insurance
