HELP!!!! I THINK I HAVE SCREWED THE POOCH...BIG TIME!!!!

I have been a good little DDP planner and booked all my ADR's on the 180 day mark for my trip and was able to secure all the hard to book TS places and at the times I wanted as well.
Here's where I made...what seems to be...a MONUMENTAL MISTAKE!!! I booked for two children and 2 adults (I have an infant and a 7 yo). I then found out that my nephew (7 yo) was coming with us. I didn't change the ressies because I assumed it wouldn't be an issue for him to sit in my lap (that's what we do at ANY restaurant, b/c he WON'T sit in a high chair). I guess I also thought this wouldn't be a problem because of Disney's attitude towards bringing an infant to their resort. He stays in the room as an extra (crib) with no charge...he gets into parks at no charge...the DDP is of no charge to him (even when it's NOT free) you get my point, I simply didn't think it would be a problem! Anyhoo, as I'm attempting to change a ressie this AM & the CM discovers this situation and informs me that I may change the ressies to 2 adults and 2 7 yo's but, (insert yelling here) IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SHOW UP WITH "THAT" INFANT YOU WILL NOT BE SEATED!!!!!!I don't know what to do!!! I've even thought of taking turns with DH staying with the baby while the other adult eats with the two 7 yo's, because I was informed that they would seat 3 or 4, but not 5.
Sorry the post is sooo long, but I need advice NOW!!!
