I DON'T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO POSTTHIS.
I REPLIED TO A LIVE 365 THREAD ON DISNEY TIPS BUT NO ONE'S RESPONDING

...ANYWAY, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON LIVE 365? I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET ON TH WEBSITE FOR 2 DAYS AND I KEEP GETTING A "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED"!!! HELP! I LOVE MY LIVE 365, CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE ABLE TO LOG ON THE SITE?
OR IF THERE'S SOMETHING GOING ON WITH IT CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW?

HOPEFULLY IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY!
:thanks:

I NOTICED THIS TOO!!!

I looked it up on google and it had service problems

i guess it must be having techical difficulties. i don't think i got an email from them saying it gone for good since i am a vip member. if it gone for good i want my money back lol

Same for me too! I just tired it after reading this thread. The one week I really looked forward to listening to it! Ugh...this makes me mad lol. :furious:

Oh good so it's not just me! Good point by the way, I'm a VIP member too so I suppose if they were shut down I would get my money back too!

BOB P, tried your link, again-can not access it.

It's funny because I didn't really HAVE to listen to it at first, ya know? It was more of a habit for me-when I get to work it's the first thing I log on to. But now that I can't access it I'm totally panicking and want to listen to it more than ever!

:confused3

Sorcerer Radio also working fine for me:

I'm no IT expert, but it sounds like maybe your computer settings have changed somehow?

Try clearing your cookies (Tools/Internet Options/Delete Cookies) and re-booting the computer, then launch again.

If that doesn't work, I'm totally stumped! But Live 365 is NOT down, I'm listening to it right now...4:04PM ET on March 3rd.

Bob

This is really strange. Why is it working for some people and not others?
Do you go onto to the website and then bring up the player or do you have the player downloaded to your desktop. B/c I tried both ways (logging on frm my desktop player and logging on to website) and neither is working for me.

Thanks for the advice, I'll have to try that (if I can figure out how to! ;) )

...Just got onto that Sorcerer Radio website but when I clicked on the link to "Listen" it directs you to LiVE 365 and still can't access that page.

:thanks:

For Sorcerer Radio I went on the above link and clicked "Listen Now."

For Mouseworld Radio, I used the link in mu post #4 above.

Both worked fine. Sorcerer Radio is now playing Main Street Electrical Parade (4:09PM ET)!!

Oh no! I'm so jealous! I edited my above post just noting that I got onto the Sorcerer Radio site but when I click on the Listen Now link it directs you to LIVE 365 and I still can't access it.

BOB P: Tried what you said, didn't work! So, now I'm really stumped too! But thatnks anyway for trying to help me. This is so strange!

...SueRS: DO you mean, what is LIVE 365?

OK, found this on the Live365 Home Page. It was posted yesterday afternoon:

A DNS server change yesterday at Live365 is still causing access problems for users on some networks. Unfortunately, some networks take longer than others to pick up the DNS changes.

To access Live365, you can set your computer's DNS to point directly to our DNS server at 216.235.80.35 as a temporary work-around.

Windows users, read the instructions at http://www.mediacollege.com/computer/network/dns.html. Set "Preferred DNS Server" to 216.235.80.35.

Mac users:

Go to System Preferences>Network
Click TCP/IP tab
Change DNS to 216.235.80.35
Click "Apply Now"

The DNS change should resolve itself over the next 24 hours as all of the DNS servers across the planet communicate the changes to each other. Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Wow, my goodness! Thank you so much for your research into this problem! I'll have to look into that. That's alot of information you gave us, thank you very much!
Here's the funny thing by the way: I'm on my computer at home right now and my LIVE 365 works fine! But for sojme reason, I guess it has to do with this last post, it won't work on my computer at work! I can get on the LIVE365 website just fine and I can access my desktop radio, but not the same thing at my office-still no access there.
:confused3

Thanks again everyone for all the info and input.

OK! JUST TO LETCHA ALL KNOW, I'M BACK UP AND RUNNING HERE!
YAH!!!! DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT MY LIVE 365!

 :cheer2: :rotfl: :Pinkbounc :cool1: :thumbsup2
