HELP!!! Is Disney offering the Dining Plan this year like years in the past?

We have enjoyed Disney World the past few years with the free dining option and wondered if anyone has heard if it is being offered this year?

Yes, I received an email offer this week and just booked today.

At the current time, there is no public offering for free dining. People have been getting email and postcard offers with personalized pin codes offering them free dining recently.

who typically gets pin codes? I go down about once a year and this year past year I was lucky enough to go in December for free dining and would love to go again how can you get a pin?
