Help Info Needed PLS

Pls help....I am planning a DL trip Sept.23-28 and can't seem to find any rooms at the DLH,PPH or DGC for the weekend (25/26). I was able to use my email PIN for 2 days at the DL (23 and 24th) at a rate of $165 but can't find any rooms on property for the weekend. Does anyone know why these dates are so busy? I was hoping to go "off season" and avoid the crowds, however if all these hotels are booked I would assume the park will be packed?
Any advice would be appreciated as I would like to book our flight soon.

Looks like the DLH has opened up! On the AP website they are showing AP rates of $149 for 9/25 ad 9/26. Nothing at PPH or the Grand.

Thanks! I have called Walt Disney Vacations and they still have nothing avail forSept.25,26,27. I don't have an AP but it would most likely be beneficial if I could get a discounted rate at a resort hotel(I was going to get a 6 day Park Hopper for $206. and th AP price is $289). We live so far away that we come once every year or two, so I would only use it this time. So I have a few Questions:
-Where do I find the AP website with the room availabilty ?
-Will I get an AP code right away if I order one online?
-Does everyone in my party need a AP to secure these hotel rates?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I can help with the third one, since we have done this before. Only one person whose name is on the reservation needs to have an AP to get the rate. And, since you would be staying at a resort, everyone listed on the reservation will receive MM, regardless of the type of ticket. That's the best part, imho!

We are in Canada too! We have the Ap's and you would be surprised at how much more it makes you want to go. We have gone 2 times since March, and are going again in Oct. And hopefully yet again in March before they expire! We drive (24 hours) but it it totally worth it to get the Ap. JMO
