Help in understanding the online reservation site at WDW

I am interested in taking our family of 5 to WDW for the week of 10-29-05 through 11-06-05. I have priced the CR several ways online. When pricing Concierge rooms it seems that the website quotes the 12th floor rooms. I compared the online package price to breaking down the rack rate I found listed on another site for the 14th full service rooms, plus tickets and MYW dining plan and the price was almost the same. (About $400 dif.)

Does this seem right? How do you know if you book online you are getting full service? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would call their reservations line directly. I have played around with their online booking and I'm not sure I've ever seen the 14th floor full concierge available to book online.
