Help in explaining how the Christmas party works at MK?

I thought I understood how MVMCP worked but after reading some posts I'm confused.

I read some people make PS arrangments so they are in the park before the party starts. How do CM know that they've got the tickets to the party? I was thinking everyone had to exit the park and then those with the ticket got to come back in.

Please help. I'm so confused!

A CM will be around the park giving out armbands to people staying for the party. Then when they start empting the parks everyone with armbands get sent to one area of the park to await the start of the party.
