If i have booked Disney Express Service does that automatically entitle me to Disney Express service both ways...

Day we arrive in Disney
AND
When we return home?

Reason i ask is that on our ticket it dosnt say Disney Express RETURN.. it just says

''Bookings will recieve ONE luggage voucher per booking''
(and its dated for 10th Nov which is when we arrive)

Im totally confused as its pointless having disney express one way, we wanted it return aswell

OR: When u book Disney Express is it automatically for return ?

Please help :goodvibes

oh.... have no idea.....??

if it doesnt couldnt you purcahse it for the return to? strange it doesnt say on it?

I know, its strange that there isnt more details on the ticket.
I called Thomas Cook Direct twice to ask about this, and both times they said they would find out and call me back, but they never called back and i have chased them twice about it! :sad2:

oh no? You would think they would know... just by popping up your details! hope you get an answer soon!!!

If thomas cook lead you to believe this is what you were paying for... then maybe either way, if you fight it, they will honour it?

Thomas Cook Direct have been a nightmare since we booked with them!
I will never book with them again.
There customer service is bad, they mislead you, make promises that they cant keep, they dont have a clue what they are doing.

We booked way back in January and they told me that if i want to book xmas season, i need to do it quick as theres not spaces
So i rushed and booked it, as i was worried we could not get a space to go.
Later to find out that the prices for xmas season are not even out, and even Disney Direct are not selling for xmas season yet.
So they grab your money and book you up much later! And i wasnt told that, they made me worry that there was no space.

I always have to chase them up as they never call back when they say they will.
They left me on hold for 35mins once and then i get transfered to lots of people! Its useless! None of them have a clue about DLP, one advisor didnt know Dream Castle Hotel exsisted! She said that i had made a mistake hahahaha!

After paying off my balance they wrote to me 5 times threatening to cancel my holiday if i dont pay!
Took them 5 weeks and several phone calls to realise that we have paid and to send us a reciept! :scared1:

To top it all off they have sent me two sets of tickets, one that was recieved today by express delivery :lmao:

wow! cricky! makes my blip with fleetway look like a walk in the park! (still angry about that!!) haha.
well maybe ring up again, speak to a manager?? or ring a disney number? maybe they know how the tickets work? is there a number to the disney express??

You will be fine honestly. When we used it the tickets said exactly the same and it was for BOTH ways!

I'll never use travel agents for Disney again. We got a quote for £1,750 for 5 people at the DCR for December 11-14th 2008. Doing it myself I got the accomodation at DCR for £220, the two car trips for £86 in total and then park tickets for the three that needed them is £350 making a total of £656.00 a saving of £1,000!!

wow... what a huge difference!!! oh good.. sounds like you will be ok then... hopefully you will confirmation of this to help you relax!

oooooh thank goodness for that!!! Sounds like it might be ok then :thumbsup2
No point having Disney Express one way, but they shold be much clearer on the tickets as it confused me!

What a big difference in price doing the booking yourself

It really is a big difference. I've always found the travel agents to be about 25% dearer than booking independantly through Disney and then doing the travel myself with either a ferry company or through Eurostar/tunnel
