I would agree with the other poster. Stop pressuring yourself to lose a set amount of points in a given time. when we make the decsion to lose weight we expect it to happen immediately and get frustrated and annoyed when it doesn't. Remember the pounds never went on overnight, so it is unrealistic to expect that they will come off overnight too.
Personally it is really important that I have lots of low calorie options to chose from at home. That way if I come in and I am really hungry I am not tempted to blow the diet and have a high calorie conveneicne food.
Almost everything that it manufactured has a low calorie alternative. Once you get started you will soon see the results and that will keep youmotivated even on the days when you can feel your resolve slipped.
