If free dining becomes available on march 30th will I miss it if I wait till I come home. How am I ever going to be able to book this on a ship. It's not a Disney cruise. Can I wait till I get home or do you think I will miss it. We wanted to try the Pop. Thanks any advice appricated. Gina

If you have your heart set on a particular resort/room then it would be best to do it on the first day. If you have Disney Visa some of the info I have read is that the booking range will open up sooner, (maybe tomorrow). That said, a lot of times rooms and resorts seem to have staggered availability, where when the discount comes out they are not available, but then later open up. Does your cruise ship offer internet? That would be another option, but don't know if it would be worth it between the $$ and the time it may take because of how busy the website might be. It also might matter when you are planning on going. If you can go any week you are probably in good shape, if you can only go one week the end of August, you might have more issues getting in where you want.

Why don't you try using a travel agent? Maybe if you gave them all the info before you left, they could take care of it while you're gone. It might be worth looking into, and using a travel agent doesn't cost a thing. I am using Smal World Vacations for our trip in Sept and my TA has been awesome so far.:thumbsup2

I second this. Small World Vacations is awesome. The TA will be your best option, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they are able to book earlier in the morning, before the general public...I thought I read that somewhere, but I could be wrong.

Thanks, I think I will do this if the Disney Visa card doesn't come though tomorrow.
