I am really struggling. It started with my weekly weigh-in on Friday. I was up two pounds without a single slip. I knew it was most likelyl hormonal as other PMS symptoms started to creep in.
Yesterday was horrible and today I am CONSTANTLY fighting the cravings. I don't want to cheat but I feel so, so weak.
Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated

You can't do it. One more day and you'll be up to 25!! If you cheat, then it's all down the drain and you'll have to start all over again. Be good and prove to yourself that you can do it.
If you cheat, you'll feel obligated to come back and tell us about it. You don't want to do that, now do you? *taps foot*
