Help -- If you sailed on the British Isles cruise last year...

What is the earliest time I can book for a return flight out of Heathrow?

I'm not sure which cruise the British Isles one is, but I did the Norway, Iceland, Scotland cruise last year which ended in Dover, England. We were told that flights needed to be made for after 3pm. The trip from Dover to Heathrow takes about 2.5 hours. I think we had to be out of our rooms by 8:00. I used DCL transportation and I want to say the bus I was on left about 9:30/10:00 and we got to Heathrow about 12:30 or so. I had a 3:30 flight, so I had time to check-in without rushing. At one point, Delta actually changed my flight to 12:00 and I had to call and tell them DCL said it had to be after 3pm. Of course, if you book an earlier flight you can hand carry your luggage off the ship, but I wouldn't make the flight too early.

We are on this cruise too! We are flying home on Saturday. Delta only has 1 direct flight for us at 930AM. Can't depend on the traffic from the port. If you haven't joined our meet up group, please join us!
