Help! I was not given a pin!

We closed in November and I received all my Documents from Disney, but I have yet to receive permanent cards or a pin.... I want to go to the website. Is member services open Sunday?

but on Monday a CM can give you a pin number. That is how we got ours. She/He can also tell you what is the status of your paperwork so they may have some idea as to when you will get your card. Our paperwork isn't completed yet due to some confusions, so we don't have a card yet and we purchased at the beginning of December.

Did you read through your papers? Ours clearly stated that a the pin number would be sent on a postcard through the mail shortly following the other documents arriving. Ours arrived a week or two after the huge box of documents.

I have to laugh because I thought you meant a pin that you would wear. I wondered what the major clamity was!

I never did recieve my pin number, I waited two months after getting materials. I called and got one over the phone
