HELP!! I pre-ordered DLR PhotoPass+CD but can't figure out how to place order

I pre-orderred the DLR PhotoPass+ before our trip last month. I have editted all my photos, added borders, etc and am now ready to order the PhotoPass CD from the PhotoPass web site, but I can't find a link to order it. All I can find is the WDW Photo CD link. I tried that with my code but I get an error that I have not met the minimum requirements to use the code (I assume because I don't have the DLR CD in my cart).

Has anyone successfully ordered the DLR PhotoPass CD through the PhotoPass web site? If so, can you please offer me some tips? Some of my photos expire today and of course customer service is closed.

So... I'm a little confused on what you need since you already have all of your photos in and edited you must have an account already created and signed up, right? http://www.disneyphotopass.com/specialoffers/dlrppp.htm# is the link for DLR PhotoPass.

That's the link to pre-order, but after your trip, how do you order the CD of photos? The only link I can find on the PhotoPass web site is for the WDW Photo CD.
 
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the package you got in the mail has an insert with a code for redeeming your cd. Have you put that code in and it's not working?

If it works like when I have pre-purchased WDW Photo CDs, I first need to put the CD in the cart and then when I add the code I receive, the price for the CD is discounted to $0 since I pre-paid. I cannot find the DLR Photo CD to put in the cart for this to happen.
 
Log in. Choose photo products across the top. Click on disney's photocd. Click on add to cart. It will give you the opportunity to add your code to zero out the charge and shipping. to I just did this for myself. Worked like a charm.

I tried that but only the WDW Photo CD ($169) is showing as available, not the DLR CD ($69). Code wouldn't work with WDW CD.

I logged in and checked again. It's third from the top, right under personal prints.

I only get the option for the $169.95 CD which is the WDW Photo CD. This is not working with the DLR Photo CD code.

That's really strange. I logged in and checked one more time. The steps I took to get there were just as I stated before. Photo Products, Prints and Digital. Third from the top is Disney's Photo CD, add to cart.

I assume you logged out and logged back in just in case.

I'm so sorry you're struggling. Please keep me posted. I hope it works out for you!
 
One more option, lower right side it says view my saved projects. Under that it says order Disney's Photo CD. Have you tried that?

If all else fails today, I would log out, clear cookies, cache, and history, and try again. If that fails to work once you get back into disneyphotopass.com, then I would send a message through their system and plan to call them tomorrow (assuming their phone support is closed today). They do have ways to extend expiration even after the expiration date, so I wouldn't freak out today. Just get the message into them today (I would do that just to "prove" to them that I was having problems TODAY) and call them tomorrow.

Thanks! I did send them an e-mail today to CYA and will call tomorrow. I know they can reinstate pix but wasn't sure they could reinstate my edits as well or whether I'd need to do them all over again.

Do you see two options for the CD or just one?
 
I see just Disney's Photo CD. It doesn't say DL or WDW. Down a bit it has the gallery CD's for each park.

That's the one I see but the price makes me assume it's for WDW. Code won't work with it in cart.

I know you weren't asking me, but I still have photos active in my account so I was looking again for you. When I log in it takes me to that main page that shows the links to albums, and on the toppish right it shows a link to the PhotoCD. When I click that, it takes me to a page with a "ghost" type of see-through font stating Disneyland, and it gives me the DLR pricing.

I have no WDW photos or cards on my account. I keep a separate photopass account for WDW, so I don't have anything old from WDW in there at all. I cannot help but wonder if you have some WDW cards and that's what is mixing their system up.

When I go to My Account, I see a list of all cards I've ever put on my account. All start with DLR (except for the Plus, which is PPP and something that's LTMB). Do you have WDW cards listed at all?

It's worth knowing for when you talk to them tomorrow, just in case it's causing issues.

That's the only thing I could think it would be too. I don't have any WDW in my account, never have, so it wouldn't be an issue for me.
 
The problem was the fact that there were also WDW photos in my account. Not sure why they were still there since last visit was in May, but they were. Photo pass rep cleared them out so now it should work. Never thought about creating a 2nd account just for DLR.
