I simply can't decide if I want to stay on site or off! I've narrowed down my hotel selection to POFQ if we stay on site. But there are some off site locations like the Royal Plaza Hotel that look good too.

Deciding where to stay depends on your family size, travel plans, budget, etc. Once you narrow down what is important, making a decision is much easier.

....as you can see from my siggie, with the exception of the 1st time we visited Fla, we've always stayed on-site. However, we will be staying off-site [in less than 2 weeks!] with friends, and ya can't turn down 'free'!! That being said, you have to make a list of your priorities in a vacation and take it from there. If price and 'elbow room' are on the top of your list, then the Royal Plaza is for you. If you want the 'total Disney experience' and want the convenience of WDW transportation 24-7, it's the POFQ. Only you can really decide what's best for your family.
