Help! I need a PSE 5 plug in.....

I am trying to find a specific free plug-in that applies a drop shadow easily to pictures. Last winter I had one and lost it when I transitioned from PSE 4 to 5. Someone who posts regularly to the POTD and that type of threads was asked about it and gave the info last winter.

Google searches and the PSE forums haven't helped so if anybody has a link or ideas, please let me know!

Thank you, dcg0317. This does what I need but what I am really looking for is a plug-in I think (might be a stand alone but I don't remember it as such). It came with several other small actions.

My problem is that I have to process hundreds of photos in a variety of sizes for someone fairly quickly.
