Help, I can only make advance FP+ for 2 of 3 days

Help me decide.
I have a package with my family and have 2 day tickets. Some of us want a 3rd day but can't get it until the day we arrive. So I have to pick 2 days for fp+
When: Sunday, Jan. 17 - Tuesday, Jan.19.
Sunday MK =RD, back to room , back @ 8 to 12, focus on rides including 7DMT
Monday EP = afternoon arrival till 9:00
Tuesday MK = afternoon arrival, watch parades and fireworks.
We have ADR all 3 days.
FP Must Do: 7DMT, Soarin, wishes &/or parades (to avoid some of the crowds for Dad)
Which will I have a better chance of getting the day of?

Mine train is still tough to get at 60 days. I would try and see if you get it and if not, I would book FP+ for your last two days. Since you are doing rope drop that first day, you will be able to hit up many of the busy rides early without a fp. MK has the most rides, so the biggest FP+ selection, so it is easy to get some pretty good rides the day of. If you hit up the headliners early, you can grab a mountain and pirates and peter pan for later in the day when you get back. During slow times (given the holiday, yours is kinda medium I would guess) all of those are usually available as a 4th fp, so they should be there first thing in the morning when you book. Oh and even during slow times, parades and fireworks are not around for a 4th fast pass.
But mine train is the most important, so if you get that, disregard my whole post.
