Update:
I really am not an idiot, and should have elaborated earlier.

I DID check my online banking, called disney dining and was told that without an actual confirmation number, that payment meant nothing
Rusty- I called disney dining THREE, yes three times, spoke to three different reps, and gave them name, (both my married, and maiden, just in case. I recently got married), my address, phone number.
Nothing could be located.
I called Flying Fish directly, A la disney's advise, got no answer.
Decided to call disney dining for the FOURTH time...
Well, finally got somebody that searched properly, and guess what? There it was under the last name and phone number that I was originally giving the first three times I called!
So, mystery solved, and we are good to go!
I am thinking that since I booked a few months back, and it was fairly new, they did not know how to look it up??
