Help - how to sell tickets that can't be used!

I have a friend who purchased discount tickets to Disneyland - 3, 4-Day Park Hopper tickets. Didn't realize when she bought them for her Sept 2019 trip that they had to be used by May 23rd. They are general admission tickets. Does anyone know of a good place to sell these - without using Ebay or someplace that will charge a fee for selling them?

You can't sell them. She would have to gift them to someone else.

Disney tickets aren't transferable and so I doubt you will find anyone on these boards with suggestions on selling them. I do believe that tickets don't lose the face value of the ticket, so if the tickets are completely unused I believe they could turn those in and purchase tickets that fall outside the promotional rate (that ends May 23rd) and pay the difference. That way they aren't really losing anything. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure if she calls Disney, they will apply the value of the tickets to the ones she needs.

The above posters are correct: Disney tickets state clearly (see the fine print) that they are not for resale, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. The DIS Boards does not support, condone, or participate in any violation of Disney policy. But the OP's friend is not out of luck. Posters here have called Disney and confirmed that the promotional tickets do NOT lose any monetary value after 5/23/19. So don't throw them away! The friend simply needs to bring the expired tickets to the ticket booth on her future trip to upgrade them to new tickets. She will only have to pay the difference in price between the expired tickets and the new tickets.
