Help! How do I get a person at DDE?

How do you get through the new phone menu and get to talk to a real person? I didn't even have any luck with the voice mail number, it's busy!

We ordered DDE early April, our letter is date April 12, the letter expires June 30, and we are going again in July. I want my cards! I was assured we would receive them by our last trip starting May 25, but that's long past.

I ordered my cards in April also and still not here, so if you find out something let me know and vice versa

i ordered my cards on may 5th, they came in the mail today

I ordered 5/12 and got my card today.

I haven't tried it with DDE, but many times if you just say "agent" during the typical selections of who/where you want to speak with, you will be transferred to a live agent.
