Help!!!...how do I cancel ADRs online?

I've done it before but I can't seem to locate the page now. Maybe it was the page where you enter your confirmation numbers to retrieve the dining reservation? It's been a few months since I used the system and I have to cancel a few since I just became double-booked. Help!!

When I log in and go to the Dining Reservations page I just get an error. Is it the site or am I just having issues?

I don't think you can cancel on-line, I think you have to call.

We tried to do this in October and we also had to phone to cancel.

If you made your ressie online at wdw you should be able to access your ressie by clicking on the button in the upper right with an orange suitcase entitled "My Disney Vacation. Put your mouse over it and it will list several options including Dining Reservations. You are "supposed" to be able to cancel from here.

The only ones you can't cancel online are those that require prepayment or a credit card. You call to cancel those, the CM will give you a cancellation number now.

To retrieve once you are logged in click on "my reservations" on the dining page, type the ADR number in the window (you can open multiple windows to retrieve many at once), and once they show scroll down and there will be a "cancel" button on the ones you are able to cancel online.You have to cancel one at a time.

If you are getting an error the system is porbably having one of it's frequent problems. Try later or call.

I'm logging in and clicking on My Dining Reservations but I just keep getting a page with an http error. I even tried from work so it's not just my computer.

I had to cancel my by calling, it would not let me do it online.

Seems to be hit or miss. I was able to cancel two reservations online yesterday, but the other two I wanted to cancel did not show up, even though I booked them online...Ah, nothing like consistency!

I just cancelled a couple online tonight so the system is up. Good luck!
