Help: Hotel close to Downtown Disney

My DMIL and her boyfried are driving my DSD down for our trip and need a place to stay one night in June. They need something inexpensive. We are planning on taking them to dinner at Raglan Road that night, so I thought it would be nice if it were within walking distance of DTD. Any recommendations?

Can't help on the hotel, but see you will be looking for a home in Tampa. My father in law lives near there in Safety Harbor. There are some really nice area's around Tampa. Good luck on the hunt!
