Help - here now AK fastpass

At AK now, can’t get additional fast passes for rides we have been on even though we have already used those fastpasses . App says that we can’t have multiple fast passes planned in advance for the same ride, but we have none planned in advance. Help!! Any advice? Thanks!

Try using MDE through the web browser and/or go to Guest Relations for assistance.

Did you make 3 original fast passes? IF so you have to use all three of those before you can start making new ones. Then you have to be careful - there are some rides that will only give you one fast pass a day to it...

Sounds like someone's band hasn't tapped properly. I've had that happen to me a couple times and had to go back to the ride and tap again to get it to clear so I can make new ones.

I've never heard of any of the rides only allowing one fp a day?

To make sure it's clear, have you used at least 3 FP? You can't repeat rides until you have done that.

Sorry for the late update! It was due to receiving an anytime FastPass when FOP went down in the morning. We used three fastpasses but the anytime FP doesn’t register as a “used” pass so we had to pick anything close by, tap in, and then we could make more fastpasses for anything available. First trip to guest services resulted in a “sorry there must be no FPs available (which we knew to be false). Had to bring tech savvy DD back with us with screenshots to get the real answer. The rest of the day was awesome despite the rain! Thanks for everyone’s help!!

There aren't any rides that do that.
