Am calling for a PS & they are asking for my 10 digit home tel.... This is on a recorded message and I cant seem to get past it!

What do I do??????

ok its been a while but this it what you do (i think!!)

when the 1st recording starts immediatly press 1 on your phone, then when the next recording starts press 1 again......this puts you into the q system

Or you can just drop the 0 from your local exchange so 01234 111000 would be 1234 111000

I just ignored this and when the female voice said ''sorry I didn't get that please try again '' I ignored her for the second time and then moved onto the next Q re how many times I had visited.
