HELP!!! Having issues with CM SBC+

I swear I do know how to use a computer but for some reason I am having so many issues with SBC+ tonight. I figured out how to get the templates imported now I see that my disney 8x8 pre design package only has 21 pages and it says it's to have 30. Anyone else have this problem?

Another question that I have is - if I'm using the pre designed pages for Disney how come I can not get to the other predesigned pages that came with SBC+? What am I doing wrong?

Hello!

Check out your CM content and see if the Everyday and Gazebo "Customized Templates" and "Digital Kits" are showing up.

You should have an 8 x 8, 11 x 8.5, 12 x 12 customized templates and a Digital Kit for both Gazebo and Everyday. If they are there - you should be able to access them when you create a new project. If not - they you missed a download. Did you buy it over the internet and get more than one link? I have several customers that did not download the extra links to get the packages.

Finally at about 1am I got all of my freebies uploaded to SBC+. Our electricity kept going out due to storms in the area last night. I think I finally got it!!! I can not wait until I get home tonight to start playing around with it..
