Help!! Has this happened to anyone?!

I just moved from Phx, to Dallas and I "thought" I knew what my dis password was. We are switching to a new computer, and my old computer will no longer be hooked up to the internet (my dd is getting it for her games). When I tried to log into the dis on our new computer, my password doesn't work...I guess I have it wrong.

Well, when I clicked on "forgot your password?", I got a message that my password could be reset by sending information to my email address. I cannot retrieve that info because I am in Dallas, and my Phx email address no longer works (it was thru our local cable company). I cannot change my email address until I have my password, and I cannot change my password without access to my email address.

I am stuck!!! I am able to get onto my account via my old laptop because I used it once to access my account in Phx, but this machine is on it's "last legs". I REALLY don't want to re-register because I have so many friends here who know me under this user name.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do?

This has not happened to me and I have logged into the DIS on many different computers. Have you tried the tech board? Maybe they can help you out there.
