HELP!!! Gluten free

I was just informed yesterday by my dr that I have to go gluten free due to a new diagnosis of celiac's disease. Is there a link available that shows what is gluten free at WDW restaurants? Any help would be greatly appriciated. I have a trip in Feb and this is going to change some things. Thanks in advance for any help.

Never fear, you have plenty of time to prepare.

WDW will work with you on places you can eat and will make accomodations for you at restaurants as long as you can let them know in advance.

Someone will be along soon with the links I'm sure and I think allears.net had a link to a Gluten Free page last time I looked.

Take some time to listen to the DIS Unplugged podcast from 10/21/09. A few of the members of the Podcast went around to the different counter service restaurants and sampled the gluten free meals served. They gave some great advice on how they can help you make good choices at the CS restaurants.

I know that at some of the resort food courts, they offer quite a few gluten free snacks--cookies, brownies, etc.
