HELP-Gluten Free Diet

We will be traveling to WDW in 1 month. My sister was recently put on a gluten-free diet. I know that allearsnet.com has some info, but I am looking for more and more recent. Anyone with info or experience on doing a gluten free diet at WDW? Your help is appreciated.

Not personally but I know of many that have had wonderful experiences. My advice would be to call the restaurants as far ahead in advance to let them know she is coming and the specifics of her diet.

We have major food allergies (all three of us that went last time) and had nothing but wonderful experiences!

There have been other posts on this. You may want to do a search within this thread for more info. Seems like this subject comes up about every 2 - 3 weeks.

I know San Angel Inn has a special gluten free menu.
