HELP! Gifts for DBF's Parents!!!

My boyfriend and I will have been dating for about 1 year and 9 months by Christmastime. I know his parents pretty well, but I'm at a complete loss on what to get them. They are well enough off and buy everything they could ever want for themselves.They also do not drink alcohol in any form.

I want to get them thoughtful gifts that are inexpensive, but nice. Am I asking for too much here? lol

I got my inlaws a fondue set 2 years ago... they break it out every time they have a geat together... they love it!

My daughter (20 yr.s old) has been with her BF for 5 years.

Last year she got them a food basket, they loved it.

Other gifts over the years have been a football sweatshirt for the Dad, Bath & Body items for the Mom. She's also bought restaurant GCs.

How about Louisville Stoneware...maybe a couple of mugs?

Then you could get them some fancy hot chocolate mix and some of those yummy homemade marshmellows from Williams Sonoma.

some of the gifts that I bought for my exs parents were a hot chocolate/tea/coffee basket. i also made them a "red sox" themed basket since they're both huge fans.

How about a gift certificate to a nice restaurant?

Cracker Barrel ham or some of their other food items. They'll even wrap it free (or fix it as a basket - we've had them do it both ways, and each time they did a good job).

I think the other ideas already listed are great too.

Are you good at making anything? You could do a flower arrangement or wreath, or you could do some kind of scrapbook, or something along those lines. Do you paint or draw? That would be a nice gift, too.
