Help - Getting Frank Caliendo's pins!

I keep getting pins for the Caliendo family. These are coming to my email that is actually my name - not Frank. I emailed Disney and got an email back app. 2 months later saying they would fix the problem and since then have gotten two more special emails! Any suggestions? How do I get info for my family?

^^^ You are receiving PINs for the Caliendo Family on YOUR email. Is that right? Here's what I'd suggest. Call Disney and ask them nicely to apply the PIN to your reservation. After all, it is YOUR email they are sending the PIN offer to. If the first CM doesn't accomodate your request. Hang up. Call back and start all over again. Make sure to ask nicely each time you try this.

yes, that is right....I tried emailing now I think you are right, I need to call. I will "kill them with pixie dust" and see what happens.
