We are taking my sister and brother in law for their first ever disney trip! We will have two studios and I wanted to ask which rooms are the best locations? NIce view?? etc??

Any advice would be helpful!

I would go with one toward the lake...

there are few with a lake view - but the service area is on the other side - you don't want it - especially - this one

although it did have an extra closet....
