Help from anyone who's had to cancell a DU ressie

The short dirty version. It's 31 days before the cruise and almost 5PM. Now I find out my son can't come with us. I've e-mailed dreams. The big question is how fast do they respond? Will I be libale for all that extra money if they don't read their e-mail? Yes, I'm very paniced right now.
